Combining offshore power plant water vapour from across the Atlantic with frequency controllable components (chemtrail nanoparticles) allows the UK and global NEXRAD grid (doppler radar network with dual polarization capability) to manipulate the atmosphere, jet stream and clouds in order to block the sun and create storms, snow (bacterial ice nucleation), deluges of rain, floods, fog, gales, hurricanes, tornadoes you name it, they can create it.
