It was no surprise to see the continual covering up for the death of the natural precipitation cycle with global geoengineering and the Nexrad created cloud shield in another part of the world, this time the Canary Islands off the coast of North Africa, which you can learn more about in the following video:

Of course the Canary Islands are owned by Spain and have their own network of "weather" radars which we know are used to manipulate the weather and you can find them on the highest peaks of Gran Canaria and Lanzarote along with a portable one on Tenerife so I fully expected to find the same patterns of weather I have seen throughout Europe as the military and governments try to prevent the population and planet from burning up:

Unfortunately very little has changed except I would expect all of the OPERA/EUMETNET doppler radar network around Europe to also have finished upgrading to dual polarization by now, making weather control capabilities even more powerful... dual polarization is the key as it allows the dopplers to control the vertical plane as well as the horizontal while sucking up moisture using the frequency rotations of the doppler radars to affect the raindrops, creating spin, heat and more, saturating the clouds resulting in the large black ones appearing overhead almost instantly.
