The observant among you who aren't easily distracted or fooled will have noticed that the clouds in the sky are concentrated on where the sun is, moving across the sky with the sun.  This is a result of NEXRAD doppler radar frequency control holding the nanoparticle/water vapour clouds in place against the flow of the prevailing winds, similar to the effect you see when a rock in a stream is poking above the water as seen in the time-lapse video below...
