HAARP clouds and haze block another sunset as seen on the Youtube time-lapse videos many times before and the sun attracts the cloud cover throughout the day with a layer of stratospheric cloud cover shielding it from us once again.  Cold winds continue to keep the temperature quite cool compared to last week.
