‎01 ‎February ‎2016 - Glasgow

Since everyone is talking about these apparently rare arctic Nacreous clouds I thought I would set the record straight, it is the Nexrad doppler/phased array network in the UK (and around the globe) that is responsible for creating these "rare clouds" and you can see the same results in the sky in the photo's below from the testing of HAARP a few decades ago.  HAARP was a test-bed and the tech used there was improved and is now in your local radar station, the true god of the weather, controlled by the Met Office and Military with their nice new £97m supercomputer....
