Some heterodyning frequency created "wave clouds" to start the day followed by the all white sky of the cloud shield for the rest of the day including a massive chemtrail later on to keep the atmosphere ionized.

With no strong wind but a freezing wind chill I suspect a combination of a temperature inversion caused by a Nexrad network ice nucleation field with the jet stream still being manipulated to bring cold air our way from the arctic....
