As long as everyone remains silent about geoengineering, the longer it will continue.... perhaps everyone is too busy believing the recent gravity wave propaganda despite there being no concrete evidence for it and due to the fact that it is impossible for our technology to see 1.3 billion light years.  It's just a shame that we can't same the same about the technology we currently have to control the weather, it works fine and has done so for a long time....
