Starting the day in East Kilbride the sunrise is blocked again with the clouds showing signs of HAARP manipulation as usual.  On the way into Glasgow the clyde valley is covered with clouds which remained for most of the day although the sun did get through a fair bit but cold winds coming down from the arctic made it chillier than usual.
