Block the sunrise on the east and the sunset on the west... keep the night cloud free so the heat escapes... every single day.  Obvious on satellite images and espceically time-lapse videos, if you pay attention to the sun crossing the sky, unfortunately nobody pays much attention to anything other than their phone and the daily mainstream media lies...
