NEXRAD, or Next Generation Radar, is the global doppler radar network around the globe that is the main factor in controlling the weather.  This time-lapse video yet again shows efforts to block the sunset, just like every other day where the focus of the clouds always seems to be where the sun is in the sky... this is no coincidence, time to wake up!
