The cycle of NEXRAD manipulated weather continues thanks to the UK's network of Doppler weather radars and their pulsed frequencies creating plasma clouds and moving the jet stream around to manipulate the weather.  Is it a coincidence that the weather returned to "normal service" once the heatwave during the Commonwealth Games finished?  No.
