NEXRAD doppler radar / phased array with dual polarization continues to control the clouds and weather using piezoelectric nanotechnology and frequency control.  Watch as clouds get created and large chemtrail streaks of nanoparticles drift to block the sun, then get activated and spread out to cover the path of the sun with haze and create what used to be a rare event, a sun dog, the sun with a halo due to all of the man-made haze in the sky.  Add to this the manipulation of the jet stream and a bacterial ice-nucleation field to keep the temperature ice cold and you have manufactured winter for the next 5 or 6 months...
