More often than not, those paying close attention to a manufaxctured cloudy will spot chemtrails through breaks in the clouds showing that even when you think no chemtrails = no weather control (the process is a lot more complex than that) they are still working away with their geoengineering techniques in the background.  Get above the clouds in a plane and it's like another world, unfortunately an horrific sci-fi one where maniacs control the weather and do their best to cover this fact up...
