A day of obvious NEXRAD manipulation as the clouds appear and dissapear in the one location in a matter of minutes and heterodyning "roll clouds" appear later on.  Ripples caused by doppler frequencies show along with the almost permanent smooth clouds which cover up the sun, also held in place by frequency control.
